The soft, supple 2-layer shell, bonded to our H,No' Storm HB (Highly Breathable) barrier with advanced Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish, prevents wet-out in a sustained downpour. The upper body is lined with polyester mesh for ventilation; the lower half with nylon taffeta to shed moisture. Hook-and-Ioop cuffs and drawcorded hem keep out wind and rain.
