I purchased this dress in 2016 for my New Year's Eve 2017 wedding. It fit me off the rack, so no alterations were made. Ivory. Strapless beaded boddess has a sweetheart neck line, corseted back which allows the dress to come in or be let out, so it's more forgiving to go up or down in size a little. I lost just over 10lbs before my wedding and the dress still fit, the corset just came together more tightly. I am a size 16/18 in street clothes. The skirt is a layered tulle with only one layer of crinoline and then a satin lining against your skin. It does have a train. To bustle, the satin lining has five bustle points. The layered skirt has 13 bustle points. All the bustle points are in perfect condition and labeled/numbered. It only took 5-10 minutes to bustle my gown at my reception. And the design of the skirt really hides the bustle points. The dress has been professionally cleaned.
